ZMP Inc. in Bunkyo-ku,Tokyo (CEO, Hisashi Taniguchi, hereinafter ZMP) to sell the on-board integrated measurement system Robo Data Logger as a menu of the driving data acquisition solution RoboTest® service.

It is very important to acquire driving data on public roads when developing ADAS and Autonomous Driving technology. As the types of sensors used vary widely, the technical effort from design to development increases, and the data measurement effort tends to further increase in order to meet the diverse needs of clients.

ZMP sells “In-vehicle integrated measurement system” that can simultaneously measure multiple types of sensors such as vehicle CAN information, internal / external camera, laser sensor, position / posture information, etc., which were frequently requested through RobotestⓇ Project. We have set up three lineups based on your request, and provide a measurement system that suits your purpose.

This lineup service is equipped with functions such as simultaneous measurement start function of various sensors and real-time confirmation of logging status by using logging application developed by our company. Based on this lineup, it is possible to significantly reduce the number of man-hours required for the introduction study compared to the case of considering the system from scratch.

Robo Data Logger sets three types of simple measurement pattern, standard measurement pattern and customized measurement pattern, and will start selling from today.

【Simple measurement pattern】

As it is based on a small PC / tablet PC, it has a simple sensor configuration such as an acceleration sensor and a GPS sensor. It is easy to install and can be easily mounted and replaced on a vehicle.

【Standard measurement pattern】

The sensor is an integral part of vehicle data acquisition, such as camera outside the vehicle, camera for driver monitoring, vehicle CAN, GPS, acceleration sensor and so on. Bioelectric sensors such as electrocardiograms and heartbeats can be added on request.

【Customized measurement pattern】

You can add a stereo camera or LiDAR to the standard measurement pattern configuration. It also supports HW-syncable industrial cameras, and can be used to measure the vehicle's surroundings and reference measurements of sensors under development.
