Logistics support robot CarriRo's visualization solution with PATLITE
-In cooperation with the cloud system, visualization, efficient and easy to manage automatic transfer-
ZMP Inc. (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Taniguchi Hisashi) announces the logistics support robot CarriRo®'s solution collaborated with PATLITE Corporation.
PATLITE provides visualization-related devices and simple IoT solutions to a wide range of fields such as production sites, offices, and emergency vehicles with its notification devices that utilizes light, sound, and characters. They have joined CarriRo Connecting Partners since July 2021. With this collaboration solution, we will realize visualization of CarriRo transportation through the cloud service “ROBO-HI®” that can link and control multiple CarriRo units.
By linking with PATLITE's indicator lights and systems which have the top market share in the industry, it can be visualized simply and intuitively. To promote logistics DX, the need for visualization in the transportation process is increasing, and it will be used in all scenes such as factories and warehouses.
[Usage scene example]
・ During automatic charging:
By visualising the charging status, management will be more efficient.
・ During remote monitoring:
The operation status can be checked from the management room or control room, so that the arrival of luggage or any abnormality can be found quickly.
Visualize the operating status of important transportation according to the various needs of the site.

[Logistics support robot CarriRo]
Logistics support robot CarriRo is the product developed from ZMP's autonomous driving technology such as Auto taxi. In the logistics industry, where labor is rapidly becoming scarce due to the declining birthrate and aging population, we are selling for the purpose of reducing the burden of transportation work and labor saving and efficiency improvement. Currently, we have introduced a total of about 250 users since the start of sales, and with the new added value of autonomous movement, we are expanding the introduction to various fields such as the service industry such as hotels, including distribution bases and factories.
