RoboCar HV / MiniVan Autoware Package
We have started accepting orders for robot cars equipped with open source software "Autoware" for automatic driving system, developed mainly by Nagoya University. Autoware is an open source software for automatic operation system based on Linux and ROS (Robot Operating System) which was developed around Nagoya University and is open to research and development of automatic operation.
By installing environmental sensors such as laser radar and cameras on RoboCar HV / MiniVan, a commercially available hybrid vehicle based automatic driving technology development platform of ZMP, and implementing Autoware as automatic driving software, while recognizing the vehicle's position and surrounding objects, It is possible to autonomously run route creation and save route.
ZMP will deliver the automated driving system test vehicle after selecting the sensor, mounting it on the vehicle, installing Autoware and adjusting the setting, running test on the test course. In addition, we will provide technical support services, we will support customers' smooth autonomous driving technology research and development.
