Project Manager

Job Summary The role of the Project Manager is to develop in-house products and supervise software development projects from clients under the Technology Development Division.

(1)Oversee projects from the planning to delivery stage
(2)Review documents like source codes
(3)Act as a point of reference for dealing with clients on development details. E.g. communication with clients on dates and usage, control of client requests
(4)Communicate with and oversee internal engineers and sales team 

The Project Manager must be able to act independently in approaching clients and work actively to seek and propose solutions to problems.

Working Hours 

 9:00-18:00

*Flexible work hours (Work schedule can be adjusted within the range of 1 hour)

 

Example:

8:30-17:30
10:00-19:00 

 Holidays 2 full days off per week.
Annual holidays -120 days
Annual paid holiday for first working year - 10 days 
Special leaves for childbirth, marriage and funerals
Salary   Will be based on skill and experience.

Requirement Must have:
Skill and experience in managing a project with 10 or more people 
Skill and experience in developing software 
Business level Japanese
Business English communication skills (Approximately 60 percent of the members are from abroad)

Preferred:
Have qualifications on project management like PMP
Qualifications on software development
