"RoboCar® SUV" is based on a commercial SUV vehicle and is equipped with a vehicle device for Autonomous Driving (a vehicle) incorporating a ZMP control device so that a user can control by putting a control signal from an external device (PC or dedicated device). Package includes main body and development environment.

"RoboCar® SUV" is based on SUV type vehicles that are not available in the previous lineup, while retaining the features of the conventional RoboCar® series. Like the RoboCar® HV / PHV / MiniVan, the RoboCar® SUV can acquire the sensor information installed in the base vehicle via the in-vehicle network CAN (Control Area Network), and by using the ZMP's own controller, the accelerator, brake and also it can control steering.

Usually, the vehicle controlled by the driver's operation (pressing the accelerator and braking, turning the steering) can be controlled from the user's computer or a dedicated device. It can be used as a platform for on-vehicle development and verification of sensors and software in the field of development and service of automated driving and ADAS (Advanced Driving Support System).

The RoboCar® SUV can acquire values ​​(CAN information such as vehicle speed, 4 wheel speed and steering angle etc.) of sensors and the like which are mounted as standard on the vehicle, and can acquire the in-vehicle network CAN (Control Area Network) from PC and other external devices. It is possible to control the vehicle by inputting operation signals such as accelerator, brake, steering, etc. In addition, APIs and sample applications for inputting data and inputting operation signals are also provided as standards, so we provide it as a platform that can build a vehicle control program immediately after introduction.

In addition, the driver can also drive as before, and also provides "override function" in which control is handed over to the driver operation when driver intervention intervenes while the vehicle is computer controlled.

IZAC® is a software platform for Autonomous Driving. By connecting a sensor to a computer (PC) equipped with IZAC® and making it recognize, it is possible to control every machine by making judgments and controlling through IZAC®'s control components. By using the control component developed by IZAC®, it is possible to efficiently run autonomously and develop recognition algorithms.

Surround RoboVision 360° Surrounding Measurement

As an optional, with RoboVision®3 surround view using up to 10 cameras, in addition to the perimeter sensing and object detection functions, improvement of the redundancy of the controller, installation of an emergency brake system, and the commercialization of Autonomous Driving technology. As a development platform, it is also possible to respond to customization for sensing functions and strengthening safety aspects.
