In the new software development environment, image measurement can be performed by specifying the size and frame rate of the image to be measured with the stereo camera, and continuous measurement of 4 hours is possible by using the large capacity SSD as the storage destination. In addition, it is possible to measure for a longer time by using multiple SSDs. Stereo camera RoboVision 2s supports up to two simultaneous measurements. We also offer a conversion tool for measurement images, we provide an environment that can be easily used for image recognition and image processing by converting to PGM format. In addition to standard measurement images, you can also measure WDR (wide dynamic range) images, measure quad-VGA, VGA and image size. In the attached sample program, you can easily set the image measurement by entering commands from the command line. Because it uses a high capacity portable SSD with USB connection as the storage medium, it is possible to operate such as exchanging the SSD for each experiment scenario while keeping the setting of the PC / camera, for example. By using the object detection option, processing such as obstacle detection can be performed on the image data acquired with this package as input.
